Justine Witkowski (she/they) is a transdisciplinary writer and artist based out of the American southwest. Both her written and artistic practices revolve around life, death, rebirth and limbo, especially when it comes to the way these concepts relate to place. Justine has shown work in group shows at the Albuquerque Art Museum and historic Guiterrez-Hubbel House and has most recently had her first solo exhibition at the University of New Mexico. Her most recent publications include short fiction for Conceptions Southwest, Querencia Press and Vial of Bones Magazine. In May 2025, Justine intends to graduate with a B.A. in Studio Art and Anthropology from the University of New Mexico.
